Want to bring your group to HOTT Days?

For HOTT Days we do require a medical information form, as well as a release to participate in HOTT Days, and a photo/video release for every student and adult who participates. This is a separate form than the one that you may keep on file for your church or organization.

We do require that every adult who participates in HOTT Days has a current background check, as well as an approved child abuse prevention training. 

The main leader from each group must sign a notarized affidavit of compliance stating that each adult sponsor that they bring has an up to date background check, and have completed an approved child abuse prevention training. We do have an option to provide background checks and training for any adult who needs it. The affidavit will be at the bottom of this page.

In addition to the required forms, every worker will need a pair of work gloves, a scraper, and a paint brush.

If your group could bring a trailer, that is helpful, but not necessary.
